The girls representing the North concluded the McDonald's Senior All Star Weekend with a 79-74 victory over the South. Miss Maine Basketball Kolleen Bouchard of Houlton and Sydney Allen of Central High School led the North with 21 points each. Allen displayed a sharp long range shooting skill as she hit several long-distance shots, including three 3-pointers. Bouchard also showed her ability to create as she had several drives and dishes to set up her teammates. Peighton Ingersoll of Stearns added 14 points, including 4 3-pointers for the North. Bouchard's Shiretowner teammate Aspen Flewelling hit three from behind the arc in the first half for all of her 9 points.
Leading the South in scoring was Richmond's Sydney Underhill-Tilton with 16 points. Paige Brown of Boothbay and Sydney LeBlanc of Madison each scored 13 points, while Gilleyanne Davis Oakes added 12.
The North led 41-33 at halftime.
